You’ll work in a environment where your expertise will help shape a procurement function that is not only commercially strong but socially meaningful.\n Supervises Emergency Assistance (EA) program operations.\nEmergency Assistance (EA) Program Oversight\nSupervise EA program operations and staff.\nEnsure timely and accurate processing of EA applications for families in crisis.\nMonitor program performance and compliance with EA guidelines.\n Required\nAssociate’s degree in public administration, Human Services, or related field.\nMinimum of 3 years of experience in program coordination, training, or technical support.\nProficiency in CARES, WWP, and other state systems.\nStrong organizational and communication skills.\nExperience supervising staff and managing program operations.\nPreferred\nBachelor’s degree in a related field.\nExperience with W-2 and Emergency Assistance programs.\nBachelor’s degree in a related field.\nFamiliarity with local workforce development and public assistance programs.\nBilingual (Spanish or Hmong) a plus.\n Equus Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce development services in North America.
