Repairs washers, dryers, dishwashers, small appliances.\nReport any inefficient or unsafe conditions to management upon discovery of those conditions.\nComplete all paperwork accurately as instructed by your Maintenance Manager/Supervisor.\nPerform all work using safety equipment as instructed while obeying all safety-rules and procedures.\nWill work closely with the Maintenance Manager/Supervisor and co-workers continuously to maintain efficient operations.\nAssist in providing on-the-job training for employees.\nCompletes work orders as assigned in a timely manner.\nProduces quality work/assignments in a thorough, timely and accurate manner.\nPlans, prioritizes, and organizes assignments to meet established goals and deadlines.\nUnderstands and applies job knowledge to effectively complete all required job responsibilities.\nAssists with facility inspections as directed.\nAssists in pest control as required.\nMay complete purchase order ensuring receipt is obtained.\nClears driveways and sidewalks of snow and uses appropriate materials to safeguard against slipping on ice.\nMay be responsible for housekeeping duties as assigned.\nMay assist with center vehicle repairs.\nAbility to work overtime as needed and participate in an on-call rotation.\nClearly communicates and consistently models appropriate CSS and employability skills.\nMaintains accountability of staff, students, and property.\nAdheres to safety practices in all areas of responsibility.\nFosters and sustains a conducive environment at the center, ensuring it remains free from harassment, intimidation, and disrespect, thereby ensuring a safe space for both staff and students to engage in work and learning.\nAttends all required staff training opportunities.\n High School Diploma or equivalent.\nOne year of maintenance experience required.\nExperience working with youth.\nA valid driver’s license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record\n All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.\nEquus Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce development services in North America.
