If you're passionate about building efficient systems, fostering collaboration, and making a tangible impact, we'd love to hear from you.\nOversee daily operations and manage assigned team members, providing coaching, feedback, and performance support to ensure excellence\nDevelop, implement, and maintain comprehensive project plans and operational documentation to facilitate timely communication and successful project delivery\nConduct regular team meetings with staff and leadership to align on goals, address challenges, and celebrate wins\nManage budgets, forecasting, and financial planning in collaboration with senior leadership to ensure organizational sustainability and growth\nGenerate and present weekly and monthly reports on operational metrics, project progress, and key performance indicators\nCoordinate resource allocation and scheduling to optimize efficiency and support project-related activities\nEstablish and maintain quality standards across all operational processes, assessments, and deliverables\nBuild and nurture relationships with partners, stakeholders, and customers through professional communication and transparent engagement\nCollaborate cross-functionally with leadership on program development, contract management, human resources initiatives, and business development strategies\nIdentify process improvement opportunities and implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency\nSupport onboarding and assignment processes for new team members and customers\nManage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines\nPerform additional duties as assigned to support organizational objectives\n Bachelor's degree in business, management, organizational development, or related field from an accredited institution; or equivalent professional experience\nMinimum 3 years of supervisory or management experience, with demonstrated success leading and developing teams\nProven experience in project management, program operations, or related operational roles\nStrong proficiency in time management, organizational systems, and process optimization\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively across all organizational levels\nExperience with budget management, financial forecasting, and resource planning\nProficiency with business software, data analysis tools, and reporting systems\nKnowledge of contract management, vendor relations, and stakeholder engagement\nCommitment to customer-focused service delivery and inclusive team environments\nAbility to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and organizational needs\nStrong leadership capabilities with a supportive and motivational approach to team management\nBackground in business development or strategic planning (preferred)\n Diversity is at the heart of our business.
