sign-offs\nImplementation of new regulatory requirements across specific markets or asset classes\nCompliance integration for new market access or trading venues\nManage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations\nDefine project scope, deliverables, and success metrics\nCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation\nICT Implementation and Technology Compliance\nLead compliance oversight of ICT implementations and technology projects\nReview and approve technology changes from a compliance perspective\nMonitor compliance with regulatory technical standards (e.g., MiFID II RTS 6 algorithmic trading requirements)\nCollaborate with technology teams to embed compliance controls in system architecture\nOversee compliance aspects of system development lifecycle (SDLC)\nEnsure proper documentation and audit trails for all technology implementations\nRegulatory Expertise and Incident Management\nStay updated on global regulatory standards and adapt strategies as necessary for each jurisdiction\nAct as a compliance liaison for technology and trading teams\nParticipate in and respond to regulatory examinations and inquiries\nPresent compliance metrics and project updates to stakeholders\nWHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU:\nEducation and Certifications\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s or JD preferred)\nRelevant professional certifications (e.g., ITIL 4, ISO/IEC 27001, CISA, CRISC)\nDemonstrated experience in technology compliance and ICT implementation oversight\nTechnical Knowledge\nStrong background in technology compliance, including: \nICT governance and control frameworks\nAlgorithm development and testing requirements\nSystem change management processes\nTechnology audit and compliance testing\nExperience with order types, market data, and execution venues\nKnowledge of regulatory technical standards for electronic trading\nSkills and Competencies\nProven ability to interpret complex regulations and apply them to HFT operations\nStrong project management skills with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities\nOutstanding written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment\nExperience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously\nStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills\nNICE-TO-HAVE:\nPrevious experience at a proprietary trading firm or HFT-focused organization\nTechnical certifications (CISA, CISSP) or technology audit experience\nExperience with DevOps compliance and continuous integration/deployment environments\nKnowledge of
