classes\nCompliance integration for new market access or trading venues\nRegulatory remediation projects and control enhancements\n\nManage project timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations\nDefine project scope, deliverables, and success metrics\nCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation\nRegulatory Compliance Management\nOwn compliance responsibilities for assigned areas which may include:Specific geographic regions (e.g., APAC markets, European venues)\nRegulatory domains (e.g., market conduct, transaction reporting)\n\nDeep expertise in relevant regulations such as:US: SEC Rule 15c3-5 (Market Access Rule), Reg NMS, Reg SHO, FINRA rules\nEurope: MiFID II/MiFIR, MAR, EMIR\nAsia: Jurisdiction-specific regulations in Singapore (MAS), Japan (HST), and other relevant markets\n\nRegulatory Reporting and Filings\nOversee all regulatory reporting requirements including: \nTransaction reporting (CAT, TRACE, MiFID II transaction reporting)\nPosition reporting and large trades reporting\nRegulatory capital calculations and reporting\nManage regulatory examinations and inquiries\nPrepare and file required regulatory documents and notifications\nStakeholder Management\nServe as compliance point of contact for assigned business areas or projects\nParticipate in regulatory examinations and inquiries related to your areas of responsibility\nPresent project updates and compliance metrics to stakeholders\nWHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU:\nEducation and Certifications\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Economics, or related field (Master's or JD preferred)\nRelevant professional certifications (e.g., Series 7, 24, 57, or international equivalents)\n7-10+ years of compliance experience in financial services, with at least 3 years in electronic or algorithmic trading\nSkills and Competencies\nProven ability to interpret complex regulations and apply them to HFT operations\nStrong project management skills with experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilities\nOutstanding written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment\nExperience managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously\nStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills\nNICE-TO-HAVE:\nPrevious experience at a proprietary trading firm or HFT-focused organization\nAn understanding of trading strategies and their regulatory implications\nExperience with regulatory bodies and participating in
