templates\nWHAT WE'LL LOOK FOR IN YOU:\n Qualifications: Higher legal education, active admission to practice law, and 7+ years of litigation/dispute resolution experience (law firm or in-house)\nLegal & Technical Expertise: Strong analytical and research skills, deep understanding of civil procedure and evidence rules, and proficiency in drafting legal documents\nTools: Proficiency in e-discovery, legal databases, Google Workspace, Notion, and LLMs\nSoft Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines collaboratively\nNICE-TO-HAVE:\nExperience in commercial litigation, alternative dispute resolution (ADR)\nFamiliarity with case management software, legal tech, and project management
