WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Own and manage transfer pricing compliance across multiple legal entities, including oversight of intercompany arrangements, agreements and supporting documentation Review, develop and maintain the group's transfer pricing model including service, licensing, financing and other intercompany arrangements Prepare and review intercompany calculations on a regular basis, including service recharges, cost allocations, management fees and transfer pricing adjustments Coordinate the preparation and maintenance of transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking studies, Master and Local Files in collaboration with external advisors Oversee and coordinate corporate tax compliance obligations in India, UK, US and other jurisdictions Mo
