consistently meet deadlines.\nWHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:\nOwn and manage transfer pricing compliance across multiple legal entities, including oversight of intercompany arrangements, agreements and supporting documentation\nReview, develop and maintain the group's transfer pricing model including service, licensing, financing and other intercompany arrangements\nPrepare and review intercompany calculations on a regular basis, including service recharges, cost allocations, management fees and transfer pricing adjustments\nCoordinate the preparation and maintenance of transfer pricing documentation, benchmarking studies, Master and Local Files in collaboration with external advisors\nOversee and coordinate corporate tax compliance obligations in India, UK, US and other jurisdictions\nMonitor developments in tax legislation and maintain up-to-date internal tax guidance and procedures\nLiaise with tax advisors, auditors and internal stakeholders on transfer pricing, intercompany transactions and international tax matters\nWHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU:\n5+ years of experience in international taxation across multiple jurisdictions\nStrong background in tax research and providing tax consultations\nHands-on experience with a comprehensive ERP like NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics\nTeam player with excellent communication skills, and experience working with external tax advisors and consultants across multiple jurisdictions\nCan-do attitude towards challenges and ability to manage routine tasks\nStrong sense of accountability and ownership for assigned tasks and
