  • Ведение переговоров с клиентом о необходимости перезаключения договора;
  • Создание клиента в биллинге, создание услуг в биллинге;
  • Сопровождение и контроль процесса от звонка клиенту до технического переключения;
  • Проведение операций в биллинге по расторжению услуги.
