Обязанности:

  • Организация и контроль работы группы специалистов по расчетам;
  • Обеспечение документооборота группы и взаимодействия со смежными подразделениями;
  • Организация и контроль согласования договоров и иных договорных документов в информационных системах компании;
  • Контроль формирования заявок на оплату, подготовки отчетных документов, актов и справок-расчетов по договорам;
  • Подготовка управленческой отчетности по результатам работы группы.
Требования:
  • Знание и понимание специфики учета аренды;
  • Владение ПК, Документооборот,SAP ERP(научим, если нет опыта), MS Office;
  • Навыки работы с первичной документацией и проведения сверок расчетов;
  • Внимательность к деталям, ответственность, умение работать с большим объемом информации.
