support, preferably in finance or banking sector. \n\nStrong knowledge of backend technologies, databases (SQL, Oracle, etc.), APIs, and server environments. \n\nExperience with troubleshooting backend applications, logs analysis, and performance monitoring tools. \n\nBasic scripting or programming skills (Python, Java, or similar) are a plus. \n\nKnowledge of financial systems or microfinance platforms is advantageous. \n\nLanguage Proficiency: \nFluency in both spoken & written English & Arabic language is
