Applications (Acronis, CloneZilla, Hiren's Boot CD PE).\n\nWorking in teamwork and Sharing knowledge with team colleagues\n\nRequirements\n\nEducation: \nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. \n\nPrior Work Experience: \nBachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or relevant degree. \n\n1 to 3 years of experience in the IT Field. \n\nAbility to handle daily issues related to IT Infrastructure. \n\nHave good communication skills.\n\nSkills & Abilities: \nStrong knowledge of Windows OS, basic Linux/macOS support\n\nUnderstanding of computer hardware, peripherals, and troubleshooting techniques\n\nBasic knowledge of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)\n\nExperience with ticketing systems and incident management tools\n\nAbility to install, configure, and maintain software applications\n\nKnowledge of IT security basics (antivirus, access control, data
