Process Excellence & PMO Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of Process Excellence and PMO frameworks, methodologies, and governance standards across the organization.  
- Drive end-to-end business process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, productivity, customer experience, and operational effectiveness.  
 - Conduct process assessments, gap analyses, process mapping, and root cause analyses to identify optimization opportunities.  
- Design, develop, and maintain policies, procedures, SOPs, process flows, and operational documentation to ensure standardization and compliance.  
- Establish and monitor project governance frameworks to ensure effective planning, execution, risk management, and successful project delivery.  
- Oversee project portfolios, monitor progress against timelines and milestones, and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies.  
- Lead cross-functional workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to facilitate process redesign and business transformation initiatives.  
- Analyze operational performance data and KPIs to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and strategic recommendations.  
- Drive continuous improvement culture through the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and best-practice methodologies where applicable.  
- Support process automation, digital transformation, and operational excellence initiatives to improve scalability and efficiency.  
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, governance requirements, regulatory standards, and audit recommendations.  
 - Monitor and follow up on corrective and preventive action plans to ensure timely closure and sustainable process improvements.  
- Prepare executive-level dashboards, performance reports, and management presentations to support strategic decision-making.  
- Collaborate with business units to ensure process adoption, change management effectiveness, and successful implementation of improvement initiatives.  
- Support internal and external audit activities by ensuring process readiness, documentation completeness, and timely resolution of findings.  
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members while promoting a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.

Requirements

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Operations Management, or related field.  
- Professional certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, PMP, PRINCE2, or Operational Excellence certifications are preferred. 
Experience:  
6–8 years of experience in Process Excellence, PMO, Business Process Management, Continuous Improvement, Operations, or Project Management.  
Experience in Financial Services, Banking, Microfinance, SME Finance, or FinTech is preferred.
