Conduct process assessments, gap analyses, process mapping, and root cause analyses to identify optimization opportunities. \n- Design, develop, and maintain policies, procedures, SOPs, process flows, and operational documentation to ensure standardization and compliance. \n- Establish and monitor project governance frameworks to ensure effective planning, execution, risk management, and successful project delivery. \n- Oversee project portfolios, monitor progress against timelines and milestones, and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies. \n- Lead cross-functional workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to facilitate process redesign and business transformation initiatives. \n- Analyze operational performance data and KPIs to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and strategic recommendations. \n- Drive continuous improvement culture through the implementation of Lean, Six Sigma, and best-practice methodologies where applicable. \n- Support process automation, digital transformation, and operational excellence initiatives to improve scalability and efficiency. \n- Ensure compliance with internal controls, governance requirements, regulatory standards, and audit recommendations. \n -
