Excel, PDF Professional, and corporate reporting tools.\nInsights & Decision Support: Interpret complex data records, identify operational trends, draw meaningful conclusions, and present data-backed recommendations to management.\nReporting & Documentation: Design, build, and maintain scheduled and ad-hoc reporting dashboards and presentations using MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.\n Domain Alignment: Partner closely with business units (specifically Learning & Development / HR) to evaluate program performance, training metrics, and operational deliverables.\nProcess Improvement: Evaluate existing reporting workflows and systems to identify gaps, streamline data collection, and enhance reporting accuracy.\nCross-Functional Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders to communicate analytical findings clearly and support ongoing business projects.\nRequirements\nEducation:\nBachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS) or a closely related field from a reputable university\nWork Experience:\nMinimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in data analysis, data processing, and business reporting.\nPrior work experience within the Learning & Development (L&D) or HR domain is strongly preferred.\nTechnical Skills:\nAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel (data manipulation, formulas, pivot tables, modeling) and MS PowerPoint.\nDemonstrated experience with PDF Professional tools for document processing and reporting.\nCore Competencies:\nStrong analytical thinking with a proven track record of converting raw data into meaningful executive insights.\nExcellent verbal and written English communication skills.\nStrong interpersonal, team collaboration, and presentation abilities.\nCertifications (Preferred):\nPMP (Project Management Professional) certification is preferred.\nHR / L&D related professional credentials (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, CHRMP) are an added
