CIP / Sterilization Operator (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is seeking a skilled CIP / Sterilization Operator to join a reputable company in Saudi Arabia. The CIP (Clean-In-Place) / Sterilization Operator will be responsible for executing cleaning and sterilization procedures for production equipment and pipelines to ensure aseptic conditions are maintained according to industry standards. This role is vital for maintaining product quality, safety, and hygiene within manufacturing environments such as food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or biotech facilities.

Responsibilities

• Operate CIP system according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor cleaning cycles, temperatures, chemical concentrations, and flow rates.
• Prepare cleaning solutions and ensure proper handling of chemicals.
• Inspect equipment before and after cleaning for proper sanitation.
• Record cleaning data accurately in logs or digital systems.
• Report any malfunctions, deviations, or safety concerns immediately.
• Collaborate closely with production, quality control, and maintenance teams to coordinate cleaning schedules and troubleshoot issues.
• Adhere to safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations at all times.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Food Technology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience operating CIP and sterilization systems in food, pharmaceutical, or biotech industries.
• Strong knowledge of CIP processes, sterilization techniques, and cleaning validation protocols.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and technical documentation accurately.
• Good mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills for equipment operation.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
• Ability to work in shifts and in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills for data documentation and reporting.
