Crane Operator Trainer (Saudi Arabia)

We are looking for an experienced Crane Operator Trainer with strong hands-on experience in mobile crane operations and heavy equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing theoretical and practical training, assessing operator competency, and ensuring safe and efficient crane operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver theoretical and practical training for mobile crane operations.
• Conduct hands-on training on crane operation, lifting procedures, and safe equipment handling.
• Assess trainees' knowledge, practical skills, and operator competency.
• Demonstrate proper crane operating techniques and safe work practices.
• Provide coaching and corrective guidance to trainees.
• Conduct practical assessments and maintain training and competency records.
• Ensure training activities comply with applicable HSE and lifting safety standards.
• Identify trainee skill gaps and recommend additional training.
• Support training programs related to heavy equipment operations.

Requirements

• Diploma in Crane Operation, Crane Technology, or related technical/trade specialization.
• Minimum 4 years of field experience as a Mobile Crane Operator.
• Strong experience in mobile crane and heavy equipment operation.
• Previous experience as a Crane Trainer, Operator Trainer, Instructor, or Competency Assessor is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technical/Trade, or Vocational studies is preferred.
• Good knowledge of crane safety, lifting operations, and safe operating practices.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• IELTS 6.0 or equivalent English proficiency.
• TOEFL: IBT 60 / Paper-Based 498 / Computer-Based 171.
