Digital & Social Platforms Specialist (Saudi Arabia)

Position Summary:

Eram Talent is looking for a dynamic Digital & Social Platforms Specialist to join our team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and growing the company’s digital and social media presence across various platforms. This role involves developing and executing digital strategies, monitoring social media trends, engaging with online communities, and analyzing performance metrics to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement.

Requirements

• Manage and maintain website and social media platforms
• Oversee website updates, UX, content management, and performance optimization
• Own and execute social media content calendar and publishing
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid media / performance marketing campaigns
• Monitor digital performance metrics (traffic, leads, conversions) and prepare reports
• Ensure lead capture and integration into CRM systems
• Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates
• Coordinate with internal teams (Brand, Content, PR, Product Marketing) and external agencies
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels
• Support content distribution and campaign execution across platforms

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing / social media / performance marketing
• Hands-on experience in website management and CMS platforms
• Proven experience in paid media / performance marketing campaign execution
• Experience in CRM lead integration and sales funnel management
• Experience in a Real Estate company (Mandatory)
• Strong understanding of digital analytics and reporting (traffic, leads, conversions)
• Experience managing social media strategy and content calendars
• Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams
