Enterprise Architect

Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the design and evolution of enterprise-wide technology architecture that aligns with business objectives and drives digital transformation. The Enterprise Architect will be responsible for defining architectural standards, governance frameworks, and technology roadmaps while ensuring scalable, secure, and efficient IT solutions across the organization. Reporting to the Enterprise Architecture Manager, the role will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to evaluate technology solutions, guide project teams, and maintain architecture documentation across business, application, data, and technology domains. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in Enterprise Architecture or a related IT architecture role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Enterprise Architecture strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Document current-state and target-state enterprise architecture across Business, Application, Data, and Technology domains.
• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture principles, standards, governance frameworks, and best practices.
• Create and maintain architecture artifacts, including architecture diagrams, models, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Develop and manage enterprise technology roadmaps supporting business growth and digital transformation.
• Provide architectural guidance and technical leadership throughout solution design and project implementation.
• Review and evaluate proposed technologies and solutions to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and strategic objectives.
• Conduct architecture reviews, impact assessments, and gap analyses for new initiatives and system enhancements.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, project teams, and IT leadership to ensure technology solutions meet business requirements.
• Identify opportunities to optimize, modernize, and standardize enterprise systems and infrastructure.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture governance, security standards, and organizational policies.
• Research emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to support long-term business strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized and accredited university.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Solution Architecture, or a related IT architecture role.
• Professional certifications such as TOGAF, Zachman Certified Enterprise Architect (ZCEA), Certified IT Architect (CITA), or equivalent are preferred.
• Strong understanding of Enterprise Architecture frameworks, governance models, and technology roadmaps.
• Experience with business, application, data, and technology architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, enterprise applications, infrastructure, integration technologies, and information security principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.
