Responsibilities\nMonitor and analyze enterprise datasets to identify data quality issues, inconsistencies, discrepancies, and potential root causes.\nSupport the development and implementation of master data management processes, data governance policies, standards, and procedures.\nAssist in establishing and maintaining data quality guidelines, metadata repositories, and data cataloguing practices.\nContribute to the development and enforcement of data policies, standards, and best practices to ensure data consistency and integrity.\nIdentify data quality gaps and coordinate corrective actions with relevant stakeholders to improve the reliability of business intelligence reports.\nSupport the development, operation, and maintenance of dashboards, reports, and business intelligence solutions.\nAssist in configuring and administering BI tools, software, and related technology components to ensure operational efficiency.\nManage BI user accounts, access permissions, and configurations in accordance with organizational roles and information security requirements.\nProvide technical support for BI tools, troubleshoot system issues, and assist in performance optimization activities.\nEnsure compliance with applicable information security, data privacy, and data management controls.\nCollaborate with the Master Data Quality Manager and other stakeholders to enhance data management practices and support informed business decision-making.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline from a recognized and accredited university.\n5-7 years of experience in data quality, master data management, data governance, business intelligence, or a related field.\nExperience in IT, data solutions, networking, cybersecurity, or information management is preferred.\nKnowledge of data quality management principles, master data management processes, metadata management, and data governance practices.\nFamiliarity with business intelligence tools, dashboards, reporting systems, and data analysis techniques.\nUnderstanding of information security, data privacy, and access control principles.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.\nProficiency in written and spoken English.\nPreferred Certification\nCertified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer
