The role focuses primarily on mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, hydraulics, and vertical transportation systems, ensuring their reliability, safety, and performance in alignment with project standards and operational goals.\nWorking closely with service providers, contractors, and internal stakeholders, the Mechanical Engineer is responsible for coordinating and supervising day-to-day mechanical maintenance activities, supporting preventive, reactive and corrective maintenance planning, monitoring spare parts usage, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality assurance measures.
