Pasteurization Plant Operator (Saudi Arabia)

Eram Talent is seeking a dedicated Pasteurization Plant Operator to join a reputable client in Saudi Arabia. This role involves operating and monitoring the pasteurization process within a food or beverage production facility to ensure products meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards. As a Pasteurization Plant Operator, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of production operations.

Location: Eastern Region,Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor pasteurization equipment according to established procedures and safety guidelines.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of pasteurization machinery to prevent breakdowns.
• Record and report operational data, including temperature, pressure, and production volumes.
• Identify and troubleshoot process deviations or equipment malfunctions promptly.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and quality control policies.
• Collaborate with quality assurance and maintenance teams to optimize production processes.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment following health and safety protocols.

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Food Technology, or related field.
• 3+ Years of work experience in the same field
• Rotary filling machine
• krones filling machine
• Blow Molding Machine
• Tubular pasteurizer and CIP systems
• Proven experience in operating pasteurization or heat-treatment equipment within a production environment.
• Good understanding of food safety standards and quality assurance practices.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety procedures.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to work in shifts as required.
