As a Process Design Engineer, you will support the development and improvement of plant systems, working across engineering disciplines to help shape efficient, safe, and reliable process solutions for industrial facilities.\nIf selected, the work location would be onsite at Saudi Arabia.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop process designs, simulations, and engineering studies for energy projects.\nDeliver FEED and detailed engineering packages for plant modifications.\nLead HAZOP reviews and ensure compliance with safety requirements.\nIdentify debottlenecking opportunities across brownfield and greenfield facilities.\nCoordinate multidisciplinary teams throughout project planning and execution.\nRequirements\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.\n7+ years of experience in process engineering or plant operations, including hands-on work in process design and process simulation.\nExperience leading or participating in HAZOP reviews and delivering FEED and detailed engineering packages.\nTrack record of identifying or executing debottlenecking initiatives across brownfield and greenfield projects.\nProficiency with data analysis and process simulation software such as Aspen Plus and HYSYS.\nStrong knowledge of gasification processes, power production, and related technologies, along with safety and environmental regulations such as OSHA and EPA standards.\nExperience with process optimization methodologies, including Six Sigma and lean manufacturing.\nExperience managing projects across planning, budgeting, and execution.\nExperience leading multidisciplinary teams, preparing engineering reports, and coordinating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster’s degree in Engineering or Management.\nExperience in industries such as petrochemical, refining, gas processing, chemical manufacturing, gasification facilities, fertilizer plants, power generation plants, or large industrial utility operations.\nHolding a Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, or PMP
