safety.\nTroubleshoot operational issues and provide immediate technical solutions.\nSupport plant modifications, debottlenecking, and process optimization initiatives.\nReview and validate process design, simulation, and operational data.\nCoordinate with operations, maintenance, and technical teams to resolve process-related challenges.\nEnsure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company procedures.\nParticipate in shutdowns, startups, and commissioning activities when required.\nRequirements\nMinimum Requirements\nBachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or related field.\nMinimum 10+ years of experience in refinery process engineering roles.\nStrong experience in refinery operations and technical support.\nTechnical Expertise (Mandatory)\nMust have experience in at least one of the following refinery process units:\nTwo Stage Hydrocracking\nLPG Olefin Saturation\nMercaptan Removal\nDelayed Coking\nOR strong experience in the following areas:\nRefinery Process Simulation\nRelief Load & Flare System Analysis\nProcess Hydraulics Calculations\nFired Heaters Design & Operation\nRefinery Real-Time Optimization (RTO)\nRequired Skills\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nExpertise in process simulation tools (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, UniSim).\nIn-depth understanding of refinery operations and safety standards.\nExcellent communication and coordination skills.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced operational
