The role involves coordinating subcontractors, engineering, procurement, QA/QC, and project management teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely resolution of construction-related issues.\nResponsibilities\nLead and supervise daily on-site construction activities, covering civil works and mechanical/equipment installation, ensuring compliance with project plans, budgets, schedules, and Saudi Aramco standards (SAES).\n\nManage and coordinate international and local subcontractors, monitor their performance, and ensure timely completion of assigned work in line with project requirements.\n\nEnsure compliance with HSE requirements, Saudi Aramco Permit to Work (PTW) procedures, safety instructions, environmental regulations, and project quality standards.\n\nCoordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure all construction and installation activities meet contractual requirements and pass client inspections.\n\nMonitor construction progress, prepare regular progress reports, identify potential delays and risks, and implement corrective actions to keep the project on schedule.\n\nCoordinate with engineering and design teams on constructability reviews, design clarifications, technical queries, site modifications, and design changes to minimize rework and construction delays.\n\nReview construction methods, work sequences, resource requirements, and site conditions to improve execution efficiency and resolve technical or interface issues.\n\nCoordinate with procurement and supply chain teams to ensure materials and equipment are available at site as per construction requirements and planned delivery schedules.\n\nMonitor the delivery and availability of critical materials and equipment, identify supply chain risks, and coordinate material inspections, storage, and inventory control.\n\nAssess the impact of design and procurement changes on construction activities and schedules, ensuring timely coordination and resolution among relevant teams.\n\nIdentify and resolve site constraints, material shortages, subcontractor issues, and construction-related challenges to ensure uninterrupted project execution.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related discipline.\nVerifiable direct experience serving as Construction Manager or in a senior site leadership role on Saudi Aramco EPC projects.\nProven record of successful execution and delivery of Saudi Aramco Gas Oil Separation Plant (GOSP) projects;
