(RCA) and failure investigations to identify and address recurring equipment issues.\nAnalyze equipment performance data, maintenance records, and reliability trends to recommend improvements.\nApply reliability methodologies such as Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).\nCollaborate with operations and maintenance teams to improve equipment availability and operational efficiency.\nEnsure compliance with applicable safety, environmental, and industry standards.\nPrepare reliability reports, risk assessments, and recommendations for stakeholders.\nIdentify and implement continuous improvement initiatives using reliability tools and emerging technologies.\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.\n5-8 years of relevant experience in reliability engineering or maintenance management, preferably within the energy, gasification, power generation, or industrial sector.\nStrong understanding of reliability engineering principles, maintenance strategies, and equipment performance optimization.\nExperience with predictive maintenance techniques such as vibration analysis and thermography is an advantage.\nKnowledge of reliability methodologies, including RCA, RCM, FMEA, and TPM.\nFamiliarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and reliability analysis tools.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nGood communication and reporting skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\nReliability-related certifications such as CRE or CMRP are an added
