Scaffolding Supervisor - Saudi Aramco Approved

Eram Talent is seeking an experienced Scaffolding Supervisor to oversee the safe erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling of scaffolding systems across industrial and construction projects. Reporting to the Site Manager, the role is responsible for supervising scaffolding crews, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications, and maintaining high standards of quality and productivity. The successful candidate must hold a valid Saudi Aramco Scaffolding Supervisor Card and have proven experience working on Saudi Aramco projects. The ideal candidate is locally available in Saudi Arabia and possesses strong leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise scaffold erection, modification, inspection, and dismantling activities in accordance with project requirements.
• Ensure all scaffolding work complies with Saudi Aramco standards, company procedures, and HSE regulations.
• Coordinate daily activities of scaffolding crews to ensure safe and efficient work execution.
• Conduct routine inspections of scaffolding structures and ensure they are safe for use.
• Verify scaffold tags, permits, and inspection records are maintained accurately.
• Ensure proper use of scaffolding materials, tools, and equipment.
• Identify and mitigate potential safety hazards related to scaffolding operations.
• Coordinate with construction, maintenance, and HSE teams to support project schedules.
• Conduct toolbox talks and promote a strong safety culture among workers.
• Monitor workforce productivity and ensure work is completed within project timelines.
• Maintain accurate reports, inspection records, and daily progress documentation.
• Liaise with clients, site management, and inspectors regarding scaffolding activities and compliance.

Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma, Technical Certificate, or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as a Scaffolding Supervisor on industrial or construction projects.
• Valid Saudi Aramco Scaffolding Supervisor Card is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of scaffolding standards, erection procedures, inspection, and safety practices.
• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco HSE requirements and permit-to-work systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Ability to read scaffolding drawings and project specifications.
• Candidates currently residing in Saudi Arabia will be preferred.
