With a powerhouse team of over 120 professionals across ERBrains India, Dubai, UAE, and the USA, and over a decade of Microsoft Gold Competency in IT Service Management, we're primed to lead the charge into tomorrow's digital era!\nJob Responsibilities:\nLead the technical design and development of Business Central solutions using AL language and Visual Studio Code through all project phases from Analysis to Go-Live.\nDevelop new custom modulesand extensions based on unique business requirements that cannot be met with standard functionality.\nArchitect and implement extensions for Business Central SaaS and On-Premise environments.\nDesign and build integrations with 3rd party applications including CRM, e-commerce platforms, shipping carriers, payment gateways, EDI systems, and legacy applications using REST/SOAP APIs and web services.\nDevelop custom reports, invoice formats, delivery notes, and other print documents using RDLC and Word layouts.\nManage Azure DevOps pipelines for CI/CD, extension management, and version control.\nUpgrade older Dynamics NAV versions (C/AL)to Dynamics 365 Business Central(AL).\nConduct technical code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and performance standards.\nTroubleshoot and resolve high-priority technical issues in production environments and post-Go-Live support.\nMentor junior developers and assist them in solving complex technical challenges.\nDocument technical architecture and design specifications.\nProvide guidanceon D365 BusinessCentral licensing from a technical perspective including configuration and user access setup.\nManage publication of apps to Microsoft AppSource (if applicable).\nOptimize system performance and database queries.\n\nRequired Skill set:\n Development: Expert in AL programming, Visual Studio Code, and C/AL (for upgrades) with experience in custom module development.\nArchitecture: Strongunderstanding of the Business Centralextension model and event-based architecture.\n Integration: Extensive hands-on experience integrating Business Central with 3rd party applications using Web Services (SOAP/REST), JSON, XML, and custom APIs.\nCloud: Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure Functions, and Docker containers.\nDevOps: Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, build pipelines, and Git.\nReporting: Strong skills in developing custom RDLC reports, invoice formats, and Power BI integration.\nIndustry Experience: Experience workingwith Manufacturing industries and understanding their technical requirements.\nLicensing Knowledge: Understanding of D365 BusinessCentral licensing modelsand technical configuration.\nProject Lifecycle: Experience working through complete project phases from Analysis to Go-Live.\nSoft Skills: Ability to lead a technical team and communicate effectively with functional consultants.\n\nModules to be familiar with:\nSystem Application & Base Application architecture\nWeb Services& API Management\nJob Queue Management\nPermission Sets & User Security\nGeneral understanding of Finance and SCM table structures\nManufacturing module technical tables and schemas\nWarehouse Management technical structures\n\nSelection Criteria:\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering.\nExperience: 6+ years of experience in Dynamics NAV/BC development with proven experience in Manufacturing industry projects.\nIntegration & Customization: Demonstrated experience in 3rd party integrations and custom module development.\nProject Phases: Must have worked through complete project lifecycles from Analysis to Go-Live.\nCertifications: Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Developer Associate.\nUpgrade Experience: Proven experience in code refactoring from C/AL to AL.\n Assessment: Technical test will cover AL coding, event subscribers, and API development.\n\nWe provide a stimulating technical environment where you can work with the latest Microsoft technologies.
