This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys applying chemistry to real-world production, solving problems, and working collaboratively with a team.\nWe are currently hiring for both Day Shift and 2nd Shift.\nWhat You'll Do\nAs a Production Chemist I, you will:\nExecute established chemical manufacturing processes safely and consistently.\nOperate reactors and other production equipment according to established procedures.\nMonitor reactions and perform in-process testing to ensure products meet specifications.\nAccurately document production activities, test results, material usage, and process information.\nPrepare and maintain Manufacturing Production Records and other required documentation.\nIdentify and communicate process or equipment issues and participate in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.\nPerform routine equipment checks, cleaning, and preventive maintenance activities.\nAssist with inventory, labeling, material handling, and production-area organization.\nWork closely with Production, R&D, Quality, and Operations team members to support safe and efficient manufacturing.\nFollow all safety procedures and contribute to Ereztech's culture where Safety is the guiding tenet.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor's degree in chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field preferred.\nExperience in chemical manufacturing, laboratory operations, or a related technical environment is preferred.\nStrong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.\nAbility to follow written procedures while recognizing and communicating when something doesn't look right.\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills.\nAbility to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team.\nComfortable working around chemicals and wearing required personal protective equipment.\nWillingness to learn Ereztech's specialized chemistry and production processes.\nSchedule & Compensation\nDay Shift:Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM\n2nd Shift:Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM-10:00 PM\nSalary:$62,000-$72,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.\n2nd Shift:Additional $2.50/hour shift differential.\nBenefits\nGenerous PTO/Holiday Policies \nPaid Parental Leave and Bereavement\nMedical Insurance with Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) deductible contributions \nDental and Vision Insurance (Fully Paid by Ereztech for family) \nLife and AD&D Insurance (Fully Paid by Ereztech) - Voluntary/Supplemental Buy Up Offered \nVoluntary Benefits, such as accident, hospital, and critical illness \nSimple IRA with competitive match\nWhy Ereztech?\nEreztech is a growing chemistry and manufacturing company specializing in metal-organic compounds.
