fillable forms, presentations, and marketing materials\nApply and maintain style guides, branding standards, and formatting requirements\nDevelop and manage complex Microsoft Word documents, including styles, document templates, automatic numbering, tables of contents, cross-references, headers and footers, section breaks, and callout boxes\nCreate, import, and update complex tables, charts, figures, and organizational graphics\nMaintain version control and document integrity throughout the document production lifecycle\nAssemble final deliverables and submission packages under tight deadlines\nAccessibility and Quality Assurance\nDevelop and remediate documents to meet Section 508 accessibility requirements\nPerform quality control reviews to verify formatting consistency, accessibility, branding compliance, and document completeness\nValidate table of contents, hyperlinks, bookmarks, tables and figures\nEnsure deliverables comply with client and regulatory requirements\nProject Coordination and Administrative Support\nManage multiple assignments simultaneously while meeting competing deadlines\nCoordinate with proposal teams, editors, and technical staff\nMaintain organized electronic files, document libraries, and archived project materials\nRecommend process improvements and production efficiencies\nQualifications and Skills:\nMinimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on work in document production, proposal production, or technical document support\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, particularly Microsoft Word\nStrong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills\nExceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment\nStrong verbal and
