improvement of energetics manufacturing processes and production operations\nAnalyze energetics manufacturing processes to identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, reliability, safety, and throughput\nTroubleshoot production issues related to equipment, materials, processes, and manufacturing operations\nDevelop, review, and maintain technical documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, process documentation, specifications, and engineering documentation\nSupport process development, testing, validation, and implementation of manufacturing improvements\nReview production data and process performance to identify trends and opportunities for continuous improvement\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to address production delays, material or part quality issues, equipment breakdowns, and other manufacturing challenges\nEnsure manufacturing processes and documentation align with applicable engineering, quality, safety, and customer requirements\nParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives and provide engineering support to manufacturing operations\nPrepare technical reports, presentations, and other engineering deliverables\nQualifications and Skills:\nBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline\nAt least 2 years of professional engineering experience in a manufacturing or production environment\nExperience working in a DoD, Navy, explosives, energetics, chemical processing, or other highly regulated manufacturing environment is preferred\nExperience supporting, developing, improving, or troubleshooting manufacturing processes\nAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, process documentation, and technical data\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills\nAbility to work effectively with engineering, manufacturing, production, and technical personnel\nMust currently hold or be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret-level security clearance\nMust be a U.S. citizen as this position is not eligible for Limited Access
