As a growing organization, ERG offers experienced professionals the opportunity to expand their influence while supporting meaningful, mission-driven work.\nJob Description:\nAdminister federal, state, and/or local contracts across the full lifecycle, including proposal preparation, negotiation, administration, and closeout\nCollaborate with clients and cross-functional teams (technical, business development, subcontracts, and accounting) to deliver comprehensive contract support\nAdvise senior management on contractual risk, compliance matters, and contract strategy\nPartner with technical and business leads to drive compliant, competitive proposals\nConduct contracts-related research and analysis and contribute to the development and continuous improvement of contract department policies, procedures, and best practices\nSupport training and development initiatives within the Contracts Department\nDirectly prepare, analyze, and negotiate cost and pricing proposals, including profitability analyses and risk assessments\nImplement and uphold procurement policies, procedures, and best practices\nMentor and provide guidance to junior contract professionals, supporting their development and knowledge of contracting best practices\nSupport contract closeout activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timely resolution of outstanding items\nQualifications and Skills:\nBachelor’s degree required\nMinimum of 12 years of contract administration experience supporting federal, state, and/or local government contracts;
