improve safety compliance, and maintain top-tier quality control across all manufacturing operations\nProvide expert guidance on the maintenance and operation of energetic manufacturing equipment, ensuring reliability and compliance with industry standards\nDevelop, implement, and monitor quality assurance/control procedures specific to the energetics manufacturing industry\nCollaborate cross-functionally with engineering, safety, and production teams to optimize manufacturing processes and resolve complex technical challenges\nApply advanced knowledge of SMART manufacturing technologies and data acquisition systems to improve production outcomes\nServe as a subject matter expert on safety, regulatory compliance, and best practices in energetic materials production\nQualifications and Skills:\nBachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related field)\n17+ years of experience in energetics manufacturing\nExtensive knowledge and application of NAVSEA OP-5 or equivalent ammunition and explosives safety standards\nStrong background in quality assurance/control methodologies specific to energetics manufacturing\nFamiliarity with SMART manufacturing systems and modern data acquisition technologies\nMust currently hold or be able to obtain a Department of Defense Secret-level security clearance\nMust be a U.S. citizen as this position is not eligible for Limited Access
