Working closely with stakeholders across different functions and countries, you will contribute to process transformation, governance and the continuous improvement of the way we work.\nWhat You'll Do\nDrive the implementation and adoption of Lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives across ERGO Baltics.\n\nFacilitate Lean workshops, support process improvement and change management activities related to organizational transformation.\n\nMaintain and develop ERGO's process management framework.\n\nEnsure business processes are documented, reviewed and updated in line with organizational standards.\n\nWork closely with stakeholders across different functions to improve operational efficiency, strengthen process governance, identify process risks and establish effective controls.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience in process management, business analysis, project management, operational excellence or continuous improvement.\n\nStrong understanding of business process management and process modelling.\n\nExperience facilitating workshops and cross-functional initiatives.\n\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\n\nAbility to engage stakeholders across different functions.\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.\n\nA structured, proactive and results-oriented mindset.\n\nFluent English, both written and spoken.\n\nUnderstanding of Lean principles and methodologies would be an advantage.\n\nWe Offer\nMeaningful Impact.
