You will translate business needs into sustainable solutions, define architectural direction, drive modernization initiatives, and provide technical leadership to ensure secure, reliable, and high-quality outcomes aligned with business goals.\nResponsibilities:\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, business needs, and operational challenges, translating them into solution concepts and architecture requirements.\n\nDesign end-to-end business solutions that align people, processes, information, and technology to achieve desired business outcomes.\n\nFacilitate workshops and discussions with business units, product owners, technical architects, tech-leads, and delivery teams to ensure shared understanding of requirements and priorities.\n\nAnalyze and optimize business processes, identifying opportunities for automation, simplification, standardization, and improved customer experience.\n\nDefine solution scope, business capabilities, and target operating models, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and enterprise architecture principles.\n\nEvaluate solution options, assess business impact, risks, costs, and benefits, and provide recommendations to support decision-making.\n\nEnsure business requirements are translated into clear functional and non-functional specifications for delivery teams.\n\nRequirements:\nMinimum 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect, Application Architect, Technical Architect, Lead Developer, or Senior Systems Analyst.\n\nProven experience designing enterprise application architectures across modern and legacy environments. Experience defining architecture standards, non-functional requirements, and security controls.\n\nExperience with Azure cloud services, cloud migration, and cloud-native architecture principles, and CI/CD practices.\n\nAbility to communicate architectural concepts effectively to both business and technical stakeholders.\n\nUnderstanding software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps). Understanding of Oracle databases, data modelling, and enterprise data management principles.\n\nExperience owning the technical roadmap and lifecycle of business applications, including modernization, technical debt management, and continuous improvement initiative.\n\nProficiency in English and the local language.\n\nExperience in the insurance or banking sector is a strong advantage.\n\nWe offer:\nWork-Life Balance.
