The intern will work on existing applications, FBA/FBM workflows, marketplace-related processes, and data-processing activities.\nDuring the 90-day internship, the candidate will progressively develop technical skills, resolve application issues, contribute to development tasks, and take ownership of assigned work under the guidance of experienced team members.\nRoles and Responsibilities\nAssist with application development, maintenance, and enhancement of existing systems.\nUnderstand application workflows, APIs, databases, and development practices.\nSupport web scraping activities and FBA/FBM-related workflows.\nIdentify, debug, and resolve basic application issues related to APIs, UI, validation, databases, and data processing.\nAssist with marketplace listing enhancements, including product titles, images, variations, and marketplace-specific requirements.\nPerform functional testing, regression testing, debugging, and post-deployment verification.\nSupport frontend and backend integration activities.\nAssist with application deployments under the guidance of senior team members.\nMaintain technical documentation for assigned tasks, changes, and issue resolutions.\nTroubleshoot recurring issues, analyse application logs, and escalate complex technical problems when required.\nCollaborate with the development team to complete assigned tasks within agreed timelines.\nGradually take ownership of assigned development tasks and application modules during the internship.\n30-60-90-Day Performance Expectations\nFirst 30 Days: Learning and Basic Tasks\nUnderstand existing applications, workflows, APIs, and development practices.\nAssist with basic development, scraping, testing, and bug-fixing tasks.\nLearn FBA/FBM workflows and marketplace-related processes.\nSupport documentation and selected deployment activities under supervision.\nBy 60 Days: Development and Issue Resolution\nHandle small-to-medium development tasks with limited supervision.\nTroubleshoot application issues using logs and debugging techniques.\nContribute to scraping, API, database, and frontend/backend integration tasks.\nPerform functional and regression testing and assist with deployments.\nBy 90 Days: Independent Task Execution\nIndependently complete assigned development and bug-fixing tasks.\nTake ownership of assigned application modules and scraping workflows.\nResolve recurring issues and verify fixes after deployment.\nMaintain technical documentation and escalate complex issues appropriately.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nBasic knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar technologies.\nUnderstanding of APIs, HTTP requests, and API integration concepts.\nBasic knowledge of databases and SQL.\nFamiliarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or frontend development concepts.\nUnderstanding of debugging, testing, and problem-solving techniques.\nInterest in web scraping, automation, data processing, and application development.\nWillingness to learn new technologies and work with existing codebases.\nGood analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to resolving issues.\nAbility to work collaboratively and complete assigned tasks within timelines.\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nTechnical Learning: Demonstrates improvement in understanding applications, APIs, databases, and development workflows.\nTask Completion: Completes assigned development tasks within agreed timelines.\nBug Fixing and Debugging: Identifies, analyses, and resolves application issues with increasing independence.\nScraping and Workflow Support: Contributes effectively to scraping, FBA/FBM, and marketplace-related workflows.\nTesting and Quality: Performs adequate testing and minimises recurring issues caused by assigned changes.\nDocumentation: Maintains clear and accurate technical documentation.\nOwnership and Independence: Demonstrates progressive ownership of assigned tasks over the 90-day internship.\nTeam Collaboration: Communicates progress, raises blockers on time, and works effectively with the development team.\nInternship Evaluation\nThe intern's performance will be reviewed at the end of 30, 60, and 90 days based on technical learning, task quality, problem-solving ability, timely delivery, and increasing independence.
