You will shape how Ergode shows up internally and externally, write and guide compelling content, manage PR, bring fresh ideas, use AI and modern formats to grow our output, and, as the team grows, build and lead a capable team.\nKey Responsibilities:\nCorporate Communications\nOwn and drive the corporate communication strategy for internal and external audiences\nManage leadership messaging, company announcements, policy communication and employee updates\nPlan and run internal communication channels such as newsletters, town halls and intranet updates\nEnsure one consistent company narrative across leadership, teams, brands and stakeholders\nPrepare communication for sensitive situations and manage crisis communication\nPartner with HR, leadership and business heads on key company messages and milestones\nStrategy and Ideation\nBuild and own the marketing and communication strategy, aligned with business goals\nBring new campaign ideas, content formats and trends to the team on a regular basis\nPlan the annual and quarterly communication calendar across brands and channels\nTrack competitors and industry trends, and turn insights into action\nContent Writing and Storytelling\nWrite and review high-quality content across emailers and newsletters, social media, blogs and website copy\nMaintain a consistent brand voice and tone across every channel\nEdit and improve content created by team members, ensuring accuracy and polish\nPublic Relations\nPlan and run PR activities, including press releases, media notes, media outreach and thought leadership\nBuild and maintain relationships with media, journalists and industry platforms\nSecure coverage for company milestones, awards and achievements\nCreative Content\nLead the creation of short-form video, reels and storytelling content for social platforms\nGuide the production of graphics, banners, presentations and animations\nOwn brand guidelines and ensure consistency across the entire company\nAI and Productivity\nUse AI tools for content ideation, copywriting, design, video editing and reporting\nBuild AI-supported workflows that increase content output without lowering quality\nEvaluate and introduce new tools that save time and improve results\nDigital and Reputation Management\nPlan and run email marketing campaigns, and optimise based on performance\nMonitor online reputation, reviews and brand mentions, and manage responses\nTrack analytics and report on reach, engagement and brand sentiment\nTeam Leadership and Execution\nAssign work, set clear priorities and deadlines, and make sure deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard\nAs the team grows, hire, onboard and train new team members on brand guidelines, tools, AI workflows and ways of working\nMentor junior members, review their work and give regular, constructive feedback\nBuild processes and documentation so the team can scale and work independently\nShare regular performance reports with insights and next steps with RMs and leadership\nCulture and Collaboration\nContribute to a positive, collaborative and high-energy company culture\nSupport internal engagement through company events, recognition and celebrations\nWork closely with marketing, content, design and business teams to achieve shared goals\nRequirements:\n2 to 5 years of experience in corporate communication, marketing, brand or content\nStrong experience in corporate and internal communications\nExcellent writing and editing skills across emails, social media, blogs and PR\nHands-on experience with PR, media relations or press release writing\nProven experience building strategy and running campaigns end to end\nHands-on with short-form video and reels, plus tools such as Canva, Adobe or CapCut\nWorking knowledge of AI tools for content and marketing\nUnderstanding of social media analytics, email marketing and online reputation management\nExperience guiding or mentoring others, or strong potential to do so\nMBA
