Content and Creative Strategy\nDefine content frameworks for viral, conversion-focused videos\nWork with creators to produce high-performing short-form content\nStay updated with TikTok trends, challenges, and algorithm shifts\nEnsure content aligns with brand voice and business objectives\n6. Tools, Automation and Process Excellence\nLeverage tools like TikTok Shop, Creator Marketplace, affiliate platforms (Commission Junction (CJ), CreatorIQ, etc.), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) campaign tools\nDrive automation in reporting, onboarding, and campaign execution\nBuild Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve scalability and efficiency\n7.
