We would love to hear from you.\nProviding support to other activities undertaken by the project team on behalf of the client and the company\nLine Manages assigned ICSR staff\nCreates and maintains project specific KPIs for contracted ICSR activities (this includes optimizing procedures, trainings and any other actions to increase ICSR team efficiency)\nProposes process changes to ICSR Operational Lead\nManages ICSR deviations with ICSR Operational Lead support\nReviews trackers and timesheet data and ensures accuracy\nIs involved in ICSR processing and 2nd QC of cases\nSupport other departments, as approved and instructed by ICSR Operational Lead\nOperates as the assigned team SME and supports other SMEs\nSupporting the RA & PV Network Department as needed, including acting as the LCPPV (Local Contact Person for Pharmacovigilance) for the specified country and taking on the role of PRLS (Person Responsible for Local Screening) for the designated language, as agreed with the line manager\n Life science graduate, pharmacy, nursing, other healthcare related qualification or experience in pharmacovigilance\n5-6 years of work experience in pharmacovigilance within which minimum 3 year of work experience in line manager role.\nExcellent communication (written and verbal) skills\nOrganization skills, including attention to details and multitasking\nDelegation skills\nPlanning and time management\nTechnical skills\nTeam working\nEnglish - fluent (spoken, written)\nAdvanced literacy (MS Office)\n When you join Ergomed Group, you make a difference by helping to bring safe and effective pharmaceutical treatment to patients around the world.
