If that sounds like the place you have been looking for, we would love to hear from you.\n Lead IT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.\nProvide technical leadership in cloud adoption, migration strategies, and hybrid cloud environments.\nOptimize cloud costs, performance, and security through continuous assessment and innovation.\nImplement and enforce cloud governance, compliance, and security frameworks.\nAutomate cloud infrastructure deployment and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.\nTroubleshoot complex system and network issues, ensuring high availability and reliability.\nCollaborate with IT and application teams to improve infrastructure automation, deployment processes, and operational workflows.\nDevelop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices for cloud operations.\nAdminister, configure, and support SharePoint Online, including site architecture, permissions, governance, security, lifecycle management, and integration with Microsoft 365 services.\nProvide Tier 3 administration and advanced technical support for the Microsoft 365 environment, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, identity and access management, security, compliance, and complex incident resolution.\nParticipate in internal and external audits by providing IT technical support, required documentation, system evidence, and timely responses to audit inquiries.\nMentor junior engineers and provide technical training to the IT team.\n Qualifications\nBachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.\n7+ years of experience in IT system engineering, cloud architecture, or a related role.\nExpert knowledge of Microsoft Azure services, including Virtual Machines, Azure AD, Networking, Storage, and Security.\nStrong knowledge and hands-on experience with SharePoint Online administration, site architecture, permissions, governance, security, and integration with Microsoft 365.\nProficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.\nStrong experience in automation and scripting with PowerShell, Python, or similar languages.\nDeep understanding of networking concepts, security protocols, VPNs, and firewall management.\nHands-on experience with DevOps practices and cloud automation.\nStrong knowledge of enterprise-level IT infrastructure, virtualization, and containerization.\nExperience with cloud cost management and optimization strategies.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a leadership capacity.\nStrong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nFamiliarity with GxP and GAMP5 framework.\nAdvanced Microsoft Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-305, AZ-400, and SC-500) are highly desirable.\nExperience with multi-cloud or hybrid cloud strategies and solutions.\nExperience supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including IT due diligence, infrastructure integration, tenant migrations, and technology consolidation, is desirable.\nFamiliarity with ITIL processes and enterprise IT frameworks.\n When you join Ergomed Group, you make a difference by helping to bring safe and effective pharmaceutical treatment to patients around the world.
