You are warmly welcomed!\nAs a RAN Software Designer at Ericsson GGG Beijing, you will be part of a collaborative team that designs, develops, and implements software solutions to meet the needs of our customers with colleagues from different regions around the world. You will work closely with senior designers and developers to learn best practices and contribute to projects that challenge your creativity and technical skills.\nWhat will you do\n· Collaborate with XFT to design user-friendly and efficient software.\n· Create detailed design documentation and specifications based on requirements and feedback.\n· Assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing software applications.\n· Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends to incorporate innovative features into software designs.\n· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and test engineers, to ensure seamless integration and functionality of software solutions.\n· Leverage AI tools, automation technologies, and AI-assisted development practices to improve engineering productivity, software quality, and delivery efficiency.
