In this role, you will be responsible for consolidated customer contribution and cash flow, including working capital.\nWe are searching for an Account Manager who will act responsibly with Customer , taking accountability for developing business relationships while actively contributing to customer success and generating profitable business for Ericsson.\n\nWhat you will do\nStrategically position and market our Business and Operational Support Solutions (BSS/OSS)\nIdentifying critical customer needs through consultative customer engagement to generate sales opportunities\nConduct product/solution presentation and demonstration to articulate value propositions.\nOrchestrating Ericsson’s cross-functional engagement throughout the sales process and deal lifecycle .\nParticipating with the VP & KAM team in developing business plans and new sales initiatives.\nCreate, maintain and leveraging trust-based relationships with relevant customer interfaces\nThought leadership in the areas of communication evolution, virtualization, cloud, and analytics.\nDemonstrating strong internal and external governance capabilities by effectively managing stakeholder alignment, ensuring compliance with organizational processes, and driving accountability.\nApplying advanced problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex business challenges, mitigate risks, and deliver successful customer and business outcomes.\n\nThe skills you bring\nDegree in Engineering preferably in Electronics, Computer science, Telecommunication and MBA (Master in Business Administration or similar)\nExperience selling Ericsson’s Business & Operational Support solutions.\nStrong sales and delivery experience\nExperience with IT, e-commerce, BSS, OSS, Cloud Environments\nUnderstanding of Mobile technologies (3G, 4G/LTE, 5G).\nStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.\nCultural awareness within a global team environment.\nLeadership and change management skills.\nAbility to foster teamwork and collaboration.\nStrong financial acumen, combined with innovative and creative thinking.\nExcellent presentation and communication skills.\nStrong interpersonal and social skills.\nExcellent commercial and financial acumen.\nResults-oriented with a responsive and proactive approach.\nPerseverant and open-minded, with a passion to learn and succeed.\nArabic and English language proficiency.\nWhy join Ericsson?
