As an Account Manager, you will work closely with our customers and collaborate across Ericsson to understand their needs, identify opportunities and create long-term value.\nWork closely with customers to understand their business, challenges and priorities\nDrive sales growth and contribute to increasing market share within your accounts\nIdentify and develop new business opportunities through proactive customer engagement\nDevelop and execute long-term account strategies aligned with customer challenges and opportunities\nBuild trusted, long-term customer relationships and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction\nLead cross-functional teams to deliver value for our customers\nTake responsibility for budget, forecasting and profitability within your accounts\nCollaborate with product and technology teams to shape solutions around customer needs\nYou will bring\nWe are looking for a driven and business-minded Account Manager to help shape the future of our customer relationships in the Nordics and Baltics. You will play a key role in our sales team, with full responsibility for developing and strengthening strategic customer partnerships.
