They process incoming bills, match purchase orders, execute payments, and reconcile ledgers to maintain accurate financial records and strong supplier relations.\nThis role is based in Mexico.\nWhat you will do, but not limited to:\nEnsures the integrity of vendor master data by reviewing, verifying and entering information into Graphite for syncing to Oracle. \nReview, verify, code, and enter a wide variety of vendor invoices from different sources into the accounting software. \nReview, verify, code and enter debit and credit memos as well as refunds from vendors. \nLiaise with various stakeholders and suppliers to gather relevant info related to invoices, banking, and tax information. \nPerform 2-way and 3-way matching of invoices, purchase orders, and receipts in Oracle. \nWork closely with the Treasury department to schedule and ensure disbursement of payments. \nPerform monthly, quarterly and year-end closing tasks including AP accruals. \nEnsure compliance with sales/use tax regulations and assist with annual AP related tax reporting requirements (1099 etc.) \nPerform monthly KPI analysis for Purchasing for management review. \nPreparation of Account Reconciliations in support of the financial statements. \nReconcile vendor statements and resolve billing discrepancies. \nInvestigate and resolve reconciliation variances on a timely basis. \nAssist with internal and external audit requests \nBe a key team member to streamline and improve process. \nAd hoc requests as needed. \nWhat you will bring\nDemonstrated experience creating spreadsheets, charts and reports \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to confidently and effectively communicate to all levels of the company \nPositive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment \nStrong analytical, problem-solving skills. \nExperience extracting statistical and informative reports from a financial system. \nHigh accuracy and speed with numerical data \nAbility to multitask, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines \nWhat is required for application\nBachelor’s degree required. \nMinimum 1 to 3 years of general office, data entry, or bookkeeping experience. \nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems like Oracle, Quickbooks or
