It is now rolling out to all leaders, and it is the first step in our quest to build a trusted AI coworker for every leader. As AI Product Engineer, you will own how it works for them: from data in Snowflake, through the AI layer, to the experience on screen.\nWe work AI-native: AI tools are part of how we build, and your judgement decides what is worth building and whether the answers can be trusted. You will join a small team that works like a startup inside Ericsson: we build and ship within weeks, put releases in front of real leaders, and own our product end to end. You will work directly with leaders and with colleagues in product management, UX research, design and data. You will use existing AI models rather than train them.\nWhat you will do\nOwn the leader experience and the quality of answers: how Workforce Analyst reasons and what leaders see. The technical lead owns platform architecture, and you work closely together.\nBuild, operate and improve the application across the data, back-end, AI and front-end layers.\nWork AI-native: use AI coding agents to build, test and refactor, and spend your own time on design, review and judgement.\nGet useful things into leaders' hands soon, then improve them in small, frequent releases.\nBuild checks and safeguards that catch inaccurate or unsuitable AI-generated answers, and report honestly on what works and what doesn't.\nMake it fast, reliable and easy enough that leaders never need to work around it. They are our test.\nTalk directly with leaders, learn what they ask and need, and turn that into improvements.\nJoin forces with other People product teams to build AI solutions beyond Workforce Analyst, and reuse what works across them.\nChallenge what we build and drop what doesn't create value.\nOur main measure of success is how much leaders use and rely on Workforce Analyst.\nYou will bring\nA track record of shipping and running software that real users rely on, with examples.\nA habit of shipping: you get a first useful version out early rather than polishing in private.\nDeep expertise in at least one part of the stack, and comfort working across data, back end, AI and front end.\nSolid Python and SQL, with clean, tested code.\nExperience building with AI coding tools and evaluating AI output, including recognising when an answer is wrong.\nJudgement and agency: you take initiative, solve problems without waiting to be asked, and care whether what you build is used and creates value.\nSound judgement with sensitive people data, and the ability to explain technical choices simply.\nFamiliarity with Snowflake, Snowpark Python, FastAPI, Next.js, large language models or embeddings is an advantage.\nApplication\nWe look forward to your application with CV in English.
