containers, Kubernetes, microservices, and virtualization technologies. \nCollaborate with cross-functional teams on feature integration, troubleshooting, system optimization, and performance improvements. \nSupport the development of AI-enabled platform capabilities and modern software engineering solutions. \nParticipate in technical discussions, software design reviews, and architectural improvement initiatives. \nContribute to software quality, scalability, operability, and maintainability across large-scale deployments. \nAI/GenAI & Intelligent Automation\nContribute to the development of AI/ML and GenAI-based solutions for telecom analytics, automation, and engineering workflows. \nContribute to the development and maintenance of domain knowledge systems that support AI-based software development, troubleshooting, and system understanding.\nApply AI/ML techniques to support feature development, system behavior modeling, and optimization within telecom Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications, AI/ML, or a related field. \n3-5 years of experience in wireless systems, with hands-on exposure to cloud-native software and AI/ML-driven solutions \nStrong programming skills in C/C++ and Python. \nExperience with distributed systems, software design, and scalable application development. \nGood understanding of wireless technologies, 5G NR systems, telecommunications, or networking concepts. \nExperience with cloud-native technologies including containers, Kubernetes, microservices, or virtualization platforms. \nExperience with AI/ML and Generative AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, knowledge engineering, AI-assisted software development workflows, and Python-based AI/data frameworks.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. \nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced and highly collaborative engineering environment. \nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Open RAN technologies. \nFamiliarity with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or similar technologies. \nExperience with
