You have strong analytical skills. You are a stronger driver and fast learner. You have high interest and extensive experience in the field of antenna design and systemization, and their use in complex radio products and advanced antenna systems for cellular radio networks.\nWhat you will do:\nSupport the simulation, design, and development of antenna solutions for radio products.\n\nAssist in evaluating and optimizing antenna performance through simulation and testing.\n\nParticipate in antenna system integration, verification, and performance analysis.\n\nSupport troubleshooting and root cause analysis of antenna-related issues.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional engineering teams on product development and technical problem-solving.\n\nWork with antenna suppliers and laboratory teams when required.\n\nContribute to continuous improvements in product design and development processes.\n\nLearn and develop expertise in Massive MIMO, RF technologies, and advanced antenna systems.\n\nThe skills you bring:\nMajor in microwave, wireless communication or equivalent, master’s degree or above\nSolid knowledge in microwave and electromagnetic field\nExperienced in Radio/RF/antenna technologies and products\nExperienced in Antenna production processes and quality assurance for high-volume production\nExtensive experience from antenna technology, including systemization, antenna design knowledge and fabrication processes\nExtensive knowledge of antenna system, antenna test and/or antenna products\nGood knowledge in 3GPP\nHFSS and (ADS) RF design tools knowledge\nFluent in oral English and excellent in written English\nAdditional Requirements:\nSolid knowledge of Radio design and mmW Antenna design\nAbility to work in a multi-functional and network-oriented organization\nAbility to innovate, adapt, and respond to change\nExcellent written and oral communications skills\nDeveloped knowledge sharing and collaboration skills\nExtensive experience in MATLAB\nWhy join Ericsson?
