They process incoming bills, match purchase orders, execute payments, and reconcile ledgers to maintain accurate financial records and strong supplier relations.\nWhat you will do, but not limited to:\nEnsures the integrity of vendor master data by reviewing, verifying and entering information into Graphite for syncing to Oracle. \nReviewing and approval of Purchase Requisitions to flip to Purchase Orders for the US and International entities. \nLiaise with various stakeholders to gather relevant info related to Purchase Requisitions and Purchasing Holds (open invoices) due to Purchase Order issues. \nAssist and train various stakeholders with questions on the Purchasing processes as they arise \nPerform monthly KPI analysis for Purchasing for management review. \nPerform yearly 1099s by obtaining the information from the system and entering it into the e-file system for filing. \nPreparation of Account Reconciliations in support of the financial statements. \nInvestigate and resolve reconciliation variances on a timely basis. \nBe a key team member to streamline and improve process. \nAd hoc requests as needed. \nWhat you will bring\nDemonstrated experience creating spreadsheets, charts and reports \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to confidently and effectively communicate to all levels of the company \nPositive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment \nStrong analytical, problem-solving skills. \nExperience extracting statistical and informative reports from a financial system. \nHigh accuracy and speed with numerical data \nAbility to multitask, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines \nWhat is required for application\nBachelor’s degree required. \nMinimum 1 to 3 years of general office, data entry, or bookkeeping experience. \nProficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/accounting systems like Oracle, Quickbooks or SAP. \nWhy join Ericsson?
