We need one more driving person who is passionate at achieving results by teamwork in our rapidly growing business.\nThe profile we are looking for is a customer minded colleague, with a strong background in solution delivery, support, and operations.\nYou will work in all phases of the life cycle including patching, upgrade, troubleshooting, and maintenance.\nWhat you will do:\nBe responsible for the coordination, management and execution of proactive and reactive maintenance activities that require a higher level of support.\nChange Introduction impact analysis Support.\nAble to investigate, debug and reproduce issues, provide fixes and workarounds, and verify changes to ensure continued operability of the software solution.\nContribute to meeting the SLAs and KPIs as applicable for our customers.\nHandle calls/bridges for ongoing Issues and update all stakeholders on progress/analysis/resolution.\nBe part of our shift roaster to cover operational needs.\nThe skills you bring:\nDegree in Software Engineering or similar.\n8 -10 years of relevant experience\nSolid Linux/Unix handling knowledge.\nScripting (e.g. Shell, Python, Ansible).\nExperience in container technologies e.g. Docker/Kubernetes.\nKnowledge on Grafana, Elastic search is a merit.\nAble to do standard configurational changes and regular application upgrades using SOP/MOP.\nMeritorious is Oracle database experience.\nMeritorious is to have demonstrated ability from Mobile Commerce, online banking, or the IT area of the financial sector that have worked in.\nITIL processes knowledge is a merit.\nKnowing or having background in service operations (problem, event, incident mgmt.) and service transition (change and knowledge mgmt.)\nFluent in spoken and written English.\nExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.\nExcellent active listening skills.\nFlexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.\nProblem solving and root cause identification skills.\nMust be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.\nAll academic credentials must be from recognized and accredited institutions and are further subject to verification.\nWhy join Ericsson?
