You'll have a unique opportunity to demonstrate your expertise across multiple verification domains while contributing to mission-critical 5G technology.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead block-level and top-level ASIC and IP verification efforts\nArchitect and develop comprehensive RTL testbenches from scratch\nConduct hands-on verification utilizing SystemVerilog and UVM methodologies\nDevelop behavioral models using TLM (Transaction-Level Modeling)\nParticipate in hardware emulation and hardware acceleration verification\nDrive SW-driven verification initiatives\nMentor team members and contribute to technical leadership\nParticipate in defining verification strategies and best practices\nRequired Qualifications\n10+ years of hands-on experience debugging RTL at block and/or top level\nProven experience in IP, ASIC, SoC, or FPGA RTL verification\nStrong proficiency in SystemVerilog/UVM testbench development\nDemonstrated ability to architect RTL testbenches from scratch\nKnowledge of at least one technology domain: SerDes, PCIe, ARM subsystems, DSPs/accelerators, or Ethernet\nProficiency in scripting languages (TCL, Python, Perl, or similar)\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nBS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with multiple technology domains (SerDes, PCIe, ARM, DSPs, Ethernet)\nFamiliarity with hardware emulation platforms\nExperience with behavioral modeling and TLM\nLeadership or mentoring experience\nBackground in SW-driven verification\nWhat Makes You Successful\nYou naturally enjoy tackling complex technical challenges and thrive in environments requiring creative problem-solving.
